JECRC University is going to organize the JU 9th Convocation 2026 Ceremony on dated 3rd January 2026. The convocation ceremony will be a landmark event in the history of JECRC University.

It is not only important in the History of a University, but, it is equally valuable from an individual's perspective. Convocation Ceremony will be marked by award of degrees and also conferring Gold/Silver/Bronze Medals on the students who have excelled in their respective academic courses.

‣ The last date for registration is 22nd December 2025. The registration fee is ₹2,000/- INR.

‣ The registration period starts on 11th December 2025 and ends on 22nd December 2025. Please ensure you register within this timeframe.

‣ The dress code is simple formal attire, and the official gown/stole will be provided by the University.

‣ Yes, each degree recipient may bring up to one guest. Only parents, siblings, or spouses are allowed.

‣ The convocation kit and degree certificate will be distributed during the ceremony. Please ensure you attend to collect them.

‣ No, degrees can only be collected by the degree recipients themselves. If you cannot attend, you can collect the degree later.

‣ Yes, professional photography services will be available within the campus on a chargeable basis.

‣ The timing of the convocation ceremony will be 8:00 AM onwards. Detailed instructions and the ceremony itinerary will be shared soon.

‣ The registration fee is primarily for the issuance of the graduation degree and related services.
